Do I need to buy new cameras?+
No. Camvi works with any existing CCTV camera that supports RTSP — which is virtually all of them. You keep your hardware; we add the intelligence.
How fast are the alerts?+
Median pre-alert latency is 2.1 seconds from the moment a behaviour crosses the risk threshold to a WhatsApp notification on your team's phone. Critical alerts also fire to email and webhook simultaneously.
Where is my data stored?+
All inference and event storage runs in Mumbai-region datacenters by default — fully compliant with India's DPDP Act. Enterprise customers can opt for fully on-prem deployment with zero data leaving their network.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. The first 30 days are a no-questions-asked trial. After that, monthly plans cancel month-to-month and annual plans cancel at renewal. No lock-in clauses.
What about false alarms?+
Every camera trains a behavioural baseline for its specific location over the first 7 days. After that, false-alert rates settle below 4% on average — and you can tune sensitivity per camera from the dashboard.
Is GST included in the listed prices?+
No — listed prices exclude 18% GST, applied at billing. Annual plans get 2 months free (effectively 16.7% discount).
